Ingredients: Apricots, prunes, raisins, water, tomato puree, red wine vinegar, honey, canola oil, garlic, ras-el-hanout, fresh parsley, salt.

Toss 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thigs in 1/4 c. Apricot and Prune Sauce
Place chicken onto water-soaked wooden skewers, alternating with large chopped onions and red bell peppers cubes
