Spicy Date Sauce
Not for the timid tongue, this cooking sauce offers a bold balance of savory and sweet and then kicks it up a notch with a sharp, spicy edge.
Ingredients: canola oil, red wine vinegar 5%, dates, onion, tomatoes, garlic, tomato puree, parsley, ras-el-hanout, red chili powder, salt.

Recipe: Easy Spicy Beef and Veggies:
Saute 2 lb. skirt steak in 4 Tbsp. Spicy Date Marinade and 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large saucepan on medium for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add 2 c. veggies of your choice, like broccoli, green beans or zucchini.
Cook for another 8 to 9 minutes or until desired doneness of meat.
Serve over a bed of couscous.
